🛠️ How the process works

1) Launch

Select reviewers, share role rubric and examples, set timeline.

2) Collect

Gather structured feedback and evidence (links, PRs, docs, KPIs).

3) Calibrate

Managers calibrate across teams to remove bias and normalize standards.

4) Decide

Determine outcome and next steps (recognition or development plan).

5) Coach

Share actionable feedback and update the K‑POC plan with clear milestones.


📈 Scoring and decisions

  • Rubric scale: 1 (Unsatisfactory), 2 (Needs Improvement), 3 (Meets), 4 (Exceeds), 5 (Exceptional)
  • Binary gates (privacy/security/ethics) must be PASS for overall Passing outcome
  • Evidence‑based: comments require examples or artifacts (links, IDs)

Outcomes align with the Culture & Performance Framework:

  • ✅ Passing: strong performance and cultural alignment → recognition, growth opportunities
  • 🟡 Redemption: gaps with potential → coaching plan via K‑POC; progress reviewed against milestones
